Q. Alright so I need recommendations for water alternatives! I usually LOVE water and is usually the only thing I drink. But it's been three days now that I can't stand the taste of it and it's making me very nauseous after I drink it. I'm hoping the morning sickness will go away soon but I need to stay hydrated in the mean time. What are good alternatives for water I can try for the rest of this morning sickness?

Maybe some safe herbal tea too that way you're getting your water with it. Peppermint is good for morning sickness to settle your belly

@ I am lactose intolerant, plus i never liked it as a kid, I remember crying when my mom would make me drink it. Lol but thank you for the suggestion
@ maybe almond milk though.. and I did love peppermint tea when I was trying to dry up my milk.

Flavor packets you can add to the water. Walmart sells some that are sugar free made with stevia. They have a watermelon flavored one that's my favorite!

Anyone know if vitamin water works to hydrate you?? My mom bought me some and I have been watering it down but it seems to be one of the only things I've been able to drink without getting nauseous.
